A discussion link is available for questions that may arise during training. Tests are easy to pass and can be taken multiple times.
If you have any questions, our email address will be provided in the training videos. Our training is very thorough and it's rare for our students to have questions that are not answered in the training curriculum. If our email response is not sufficient, we'll reach out to you by phone.

If I choose the 3-month payment plan, can I pay it off early?
Unfortunately, if you set up a payment plan for the course, it cannot be changed or altered. Even though you may complete the training in the first month, you will still have to wait to receive your certificates until all three monthly payments have been made.

What type of assistance do you offer once I complete the training course?
You will have free access to our industry network. You may also subscribe to our business support package and/or our leads package. Both packages are reasonably priced and can be cancelled at any time. We also offer a complete industry website for a low monthly fee. Other services and support may also be available at this time or in the near future.

How soon can I start training?
As soon as you purchase the course, you will be directed to your course dashboard with all of the applicable training packages. Even if you purchase with the 3-month payment plan or the Buy Now/Pay Later option, you'll have immediate access. Training, through the dashboard, can be done at your leisure. Most students complete the bundle package, which is comprised of our full series of videos, in a week or two. However, you'll have two years of access to the training materials, updates, etc.

Brandon Stone
Brandon is a former US Marine, a retired police officer, entrepreneur and creator and primary course instructor. He started Bio-Trauma 911 in 2005 and has been a respected innovator and leader in the crime scene cleanup industry. Brandon and his team have been training new business owners and remediation specialists since 2008.
