About the CEO
Brandon Stone
Brandon is a former US Marine, a 23-year police officer, entrepreneur and creator and primary course instructor. He started Bio-Trauma 911 in 2005 and has been a respected innovator and leader in the crime scene cleanup industry. Brandon and his team have been training new business owners and remediation specialists since 2008.

Does this course offer instruction in finding the right market, dealing with insurance companies, bidding & invoicing?
Yes, the business module included in our biohazard remediation bundle provides in-depth instruction in all of these areas.

Do I need to purchase the business support package with one of the training packages?
Absolutely not! While we recommend purchasing both packages to receive the most from this training experience, you may not need the business support package.

Is an online crime scene cleanup certification as good as any other certification?
While our in-person classroom training program is probably better, as it does offer hands-on training, the in-person classroom course is much more expensive. Additionally, with our classroom course students must travel to Indiana and pay for room and board for the duration of the course. Since many students aren't able to take a week off work to attend this course, or don't want to spend the additional money, this online certification course is a great option.

When will I receive my course certificates?
Course certificates are sent in digital format to your account email address. Digital certificates can be sent to insurance companies, clients and others who may want to see your credentials. Digital certificates can also be displayed on your website and in your marketing materials. If you opted to pay for the course through monthly installments, your certificates will be emailed within seven days of receipt of the last payment.

Is this like a franchise where I'll have an assigned service area?
No! This is not a franchise and your business is your business. You may service your city, your state or the entire country if you like.

Can I take this course if I live outside of the USA?
Yes of course you may. This course is open to students worldwide. That said, we are not familiar with every rule, regulation and law in every country, region, state or city. It's up to you to determine if you will need additional training or certifications over and above what we provide through our course. Oftentimes, all you will need is to pay for a license to conduct business or apply for a permit to generate or haul biohazards. It is our experience that in most areas, our training course will provide you with the training you need.

Can more than one student/employee watch the course & associated content?
We are not able to monitor who watches the training videos or course materials. However, only one student/employee will receive a certificate of completion. That student should be the one who takes and passes each of the tests. If more than one employee needs a certificate of completion, he/she will need to pay for the course.

Can I cancel my subscription to the business support package?
Yes, you may cancel your subscription to our business support package at anytime, for any reason. Just send us a message and we'll remove your billing information.
